Cancer has become an epidemic of modern times. What was rare up until the time of the Industrial Revolution has become common today. This special workshop will focus on a number of different aspects to cancer. Some of the topics to be discussed include:

	The relationship between diet and cancer development
	How cancer develops
	The Macrobiotic classification of cancers
	A side by side comparison of a few different cancers including diagnosis, emotional component, and treatment
	Common points that cancer survivors share
	Cooking for specific cancers

There will be morning Do-In and a walk.   Three delicious, balanced macrobiotic meals will be served each day with a travel meal provided for your trip home. Sweet vegetable drink will be available in the afternoons.
