Weekend Diagnosis Intensive:

How To See Your Health! 

February 29 - March 2, 2008

The Macrobiotic Center of New England directed by Warren Kramer is excited to present a fascinating journey into diagnosis and self-discovery.

This program is designed to give you the tools to see your own condition, constitution and what direction your health is moving in.  This foundations program will cover: how and why we study diagnosis, visual, voice, meridian, and constitutional diagnosis.

We will have interactive diagnosis practice with each other and with the use of pictures. This program will give each participant a better understanding of one’s own strengths and weaknesses and how to create a better direction of health.

Three delicious, balanced macrobiotic meals will be served each day with a travel meal provided for your trip home. Sweet vegetable drink will be available in the afternoons.  Warren will lead a morning exercise class on both days.

The Macrobiotic Center of New England directed by Warren Kramer is excited to present a special cooking weekend seminar. This program is designed to demystify macrobiotic cooking and enhance your cooking skills.

We will review the main cooking styles and their application as well as what their unique benefits are to our health.

Warren will discuss the Art of cooking and how it touches upon all aspects of our life.

This course features hands-on cooking workshops covering knife sharpening, board maintenance and proper cutting technique. Each student will have the opportunity to practice various cooking styles used in day-to-day cooking.

This program will take your macrobiotic practice to the next level, as you will leave inspired to master these dishes.

Three delicious, balanced macrobiotic meals will be served each day with a travel meal provided for your trip home. Sweet vegetable drink will be available in the afternoon.

Warren Kramer is an internationally recognized macrobiotic counselor, lecturer and cooking teacher. He is a faculty member of the Kushi Institute in Becket, Massachusetts, the Strengthening Health Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a member of the Macrobiotic Educators Association (M.E.A.). Warren has a counseling practice in Boston, where he assisted Michio Kushi for 10 years.
